3. TableGamesHQ runs a brand-by-brand return and refund policy found both below and on product pages.
Return eligibility varies by manufacturer. Some items, including custom or freight-delivered products, may be subject to restocking fees or may not be eligible for return. Manufacturer-specific return terms apply.
4. BBO Poker Tables Returns Policy
All BBO Poker Tables products are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Please note that custom orders, including poker and game tables with custom armrest materials or personalized playing surface layouts, are non-refundable.
Refunds will be issued after the returned item has been inspected and confirmed to be in its original, undamaged condition. A 15% restocking fee applies to all returned products.

5. White Billiards Return Policy
At TableGamesHQ, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your White Billiards purchase. The following policy outlines the return and refund guidelines for White Billiard products purchased through www.tablegameshq.com.
Non-Returnable Items
For pool tables, shuffleboards, custom jobs, and any gaming table over 200 lbs, returns cannot be accepted once the item has been offloaded and received by the customer. Please inspect your order carefully upon delivery.
Damaged Items
If your White Billiards product arrives damaged, you must notify us within 30 days of delivery to be eligible for a repair or replacement.
Returns for Accessories & Smaller Products
For accessories and smaller items, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return or exchange. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges after 30 days.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition in which it was received.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging.
- You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email confirming that White Billiards has received your returned item. We will also inform you whether your refund has been approved or denied.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days (processing times may vary by bank).

6. Return Policy for Killerspin Products
At TableGamesHQ, we work closely with Killerspin to ensure a high-quality experience for all customers. If your Killerspin order arrives damaged or you need to return an item, please review the following policy for guidance.
Damaged or Defective Items

Be sure to include your order number and shipment details. We will coordinate with Killerspin on your behalf to arrange a replacement or refund, depending on the issue and item type. Additional information may be requested to process your claim.
Return Eligibility & Authorization
- All returns require prior authorization and valid proof of purchase
- Return requests must be initiated within 30 days of delivery
- Items must be new, unused, and returned in their original packaging with all accessories included
- Returns not meeting these conditions may be subject to a 25% restocking fee
Non-returnable items:
- Opened rubber, nets, and balls cannot be returned
How to Return
After receiving authorization, customers are responsible for shipping the item to the designated return address using USPS, UPS, FedEx, or an LTL freight carrier (for larger items like tables).
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
- If a factory defect is confirmed, Killerspin will provide a prepaid return label
Important Notes on Damaged Returns
- Returns will not be accepted for products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper packaging
- If a damaged item is returned without approval, it will be shipped back at the customer’s expense
- For concealed damage found after delivery, please notify us within 5 business days
- Do not assemble damaged tables, and retain all original packaging for potential return

Once your return is received and approved, refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

7. Billiards Toulet Refund and Return Policy
Every Billiards Toulet pool table is handcrafted and thoroughly inspected before leaving their French workshop. Because these are custom-made products, each order is unique and tailored to your specifications — which is why returns are extremely rare.
Return Policy
Billiards Toulet products do not maintain a standard return policy, as each table is produced to order. However, in special cases, a return may be accepted under the following conditions:
- The customer agrees to cover all return shipping costs.
- The product must be returned in its original packaging and in the same condition it was received.
This approach ensures that every transaction remains fair while maintaining the integrity and value of the product.

8. Vision Billiards Return Policy
30-Day Return Policy
If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason other than those outlined in the warranty, you may return the item within 30 days of the purchase date for a refund.
Please note:
- The customer is responsible for all return shipping, installation removal, and dismantling costs.
- The seller is not liable for lost or damaged return shipments.
- Returned items must be in original condition. If the product is damaged upon return, the seller reserves the right to refuse the return or apply a restocking fee of no less than 20%.

9. Return Policy for Leonhart Products
At TableGamesHQ, we aim to offer a smooth and trustworthy shopping experience. We proudly retail official Leonhart products, and all return policies for these items are based on Leonhart's terms and conditions. If you encounter an issue with your order, please contact us directly so we can work with Leonhart to make it right.
Order Cancellations & Refunds
- Orders canceled before shipping or pickup are eligible for a 97% refund. A 3% deduction is applied to cover non-refundable transaction processing fees.
- If your order has already shipped or been picked up, cancellation is no longer possible. You may return the item under the conditions below.
Foosball Table Returns
- Pre-shipment: You may cancel your foosball table order any time before shipping or warehouse pickup for a full refund, minus the 3% processing fee.
- Post-shipment: If your table has already shipped or been picked up, you may return it within 30 days at your own expense.
Returned tables are subject to:
- A $200 restocking fee, and
- Additional deductions for any damage or the resale discount necessary to list the item as “Open Box.”
Each returned table is thoroughly inspected upon arrival, and restocking fees are assessed accordingly.
Returns on Parts & Accessories
- Parts may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- A $20 restocking fee applies, plus any deductions for damage or discounted resale.
- Free shipping offers do not apply to returned items.
Submitting a Claim
If you receive a damaged, misprinted, or defective product, or your package is lost in transit:
- Damage/Defect Claims: Must be submitted within 3 weeks of receiving the item.
- Lost Shipment Claims: Must be submitted within 2 weeks of the estimated delivery date.
Claims determined by Leonhart to be the result of a manufacturing or fulfillment error will be resolved at no cost to you.

Shipping Address Issues
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and results in the shipment being returned, the customer is responsible for any reshipping fees after confirming a corrected address.
Unclaimed Shipments
If your order is returned to the warehouse and remains unclaimed for more than 4 weeks, it may be donated to charity without refund eligibility. Reshipping may be possible if:
- You have a registered account, and
- A valid billing method is on file.
If not, the order is considered forfeited.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene concerns, sealed goods cannot be returned once opened. These items are ineligible for reshipment and will be disposed of upon return.
Legal Disclaimer
This policy is based on Leonhart’s official return terms and is governed by the English version of their policy. TableGamesHQ serves as a retail partner and follows Leonhart’s guidelines for returns, cancellations, and claims. All returns are subject to review and approval by Leonhart.
10. All-American Recreation Returns & Restocking Policy
A 20% restocking fee applies to All-American Recreation pool tables and shuffleboards that are returned. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. All freight shipping costs, including delivery and return, are the responsibility of the customer.
