Please read carefully, as failure to follow these instructions will waive your right to file a shipping insurance claim. BBO Poker Tables is not responsible for damages or concealed damage claims if proper protocol is not followed.

All BBO Poker tables are hand-finished and built to order in Las Vegas, Nevada. Because each table is crafted based on your selected configuration, production and shipping times vary depending on customization level and current order volume.

Lead times listed below refer to production time only. Freight transit time will vary based on your delivery location once the table ships.
To ensure fairness to all customers, orders are completed in the order they are received. While we work hard to deliver as quickly as possible, we cannot prioritize standard orders ahead of others in the production queue.
If you have a specific deadline, expedited production options may be available for an additional fee. Expedited options can be selected during checkout or arranged with our customer support team.

Fully Customized Poker Tables

- Average shipping time: 4–6 weeks
- Custom tables require additional preparation and design approval. Materials are sourced while you collaborate with our designer to finalize your layout.
- Production begins only after final design approval. Prompt confirmation helps ensure the fastest possible completion.

Delivery Details
All poker and gaming tables are shipped fully insured via ground freight on pallets. Our freight carrier will contact you prior to delivery to arrange a specific day and time. Please note that most carriers require a four-hour delivery window. All deliveries are curbside only, unless white glove or inside delivery service has been arranged with us before your table ships.
Damage Reporting
In the event your table is damaged during transit, we will promptly ship a replacement as long as you have followed our receiving and damage reporting instructions.
Assembly Recommendations
For safe handling and assembly, we highly recommend having two people carry and set up the table. To protect your investment, do not drag the table or armrest on the floor during assembly, as this can cause damage. Proper handling ensures your table remains in pristine condition for years to come.

Processing & Shipping Timeline
Please allow up to 14 weeks for delivery on our White Billiards tables.
If your White Billiards order is in stock and your payment has been processed, it will ship within five 5 business days from the date of your order.
- Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
- Made-to-order or custom White Billiards products may have longer lead times. Any extended processing times will be noted on the product page.
Tracking Your Order

Shipping Method
All White Billiards products ship directly from their warehouse using reliable freight carriers. Depending on your location and the size of the product, shipping may be via curbside delivery, white-glove delivery, or other freight services.

Delivery Timeline
Table orders typically arrive within 15–20 business days via standard LTL or White Glove Delivery.
Expedited Shipping

Delivery Coverage
Standard shipping includes to-the-door delivery (front door, back door, or garage) to most locations within the 48 contiguous United States.
Some remote or hard-to-reach areas may incur additional freight charges. If applicable, you will be notified before the table is shipped.
Freight Delivery Details
- Tables ship via freight carriers (Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM).
- Certain residential addresses may be inaccessible by freight trucks. If you suspect this may be the case, please contact TableGamesHQ Customer Service before placing your order.
- You will receive a shipment notification with tracking info via email once your table leaves the warehouse.
- FedEx will also send email and text alerts for tracking and delivery.
- If no delivery appointment is scheduled, the table will be delivered without requiring a signature.
Appointment Deliveries
If you choose delivery with an appointment, you must be present to sign upon arrival. Carriers will use liftgate service to lower the table to ground level.
Additional Delivery Services
Optional services such as inside delivery, unboxing, and box removal are available for an additional fee.
If needed, please contact us before your shipment delivers.
White Glove Assembly Service is also available, starting at $350.
Delivery Changes
Once a table has shipped, any requested changes may result in additional charges. For changes, contact the freight carrier directly using the customer service number in their email or text communication.
Missed Deliveries
Failure to be present for your scheduled delivery may result in redelivery fees or storage charges, which will be your responsibility.
Inspection & Damage Policy
- Inspect the table upon delivery while the driver is present.
- Any visible damage must be noted on the Proof of Delivery.
- If damage is suspected but not visible, write “Subject to Inspection” on the delivery receipt.
- If the driver won’t allow you to make a notation, refuse the shipment and notify us immediately.
- For concealed damage, notify us within 5 business days of delivery.
- Do not assemble a damaged table. If return shipping is needed, the table must be repacked in its original packaging.
- Failure to repack or comply with pickup schedules may result in additional fees.
8. Billiards Toulet Shipping Policy
Production & Lead Time
All Billiards Toulet tables are custom-made in France and built to order with exceptional craftsmanship.
The standard production lead time is approximately 8–10 weeks, depending on model and customization options.
Shipping Methods
Once your table is completed, you can choose between two international delivery methods:
- Sea Freight: Estimated 3 weeks transit time after production.
- Air Freight: Estimated 1 week transit time for faster delivery.
Transit times may vary depending on destination, carrier availability, and seasonal demand.
Packaging & Handling
Every Toulet table is shipped in a reinforced wooden crate to ensure maximum protection during transport.
Packaging costs range from $475 to $700, depending on the size and model of the table.
All items are carefully inspected before shipment to guarantee safe arrival.
Delivery Options & Pricing
Shipping prices are calculated individually per order to ensure the fairest possible rate.
Because freight costs vary by crate size, location, and time of year, we’ll confirm the most accurate quote with Billiards Toulet’s logistics team before finalizing your order.
As a general reference:
- An 8ft Blacklight Pool Table shipped to New York City typically costs around $1,400 by sea freight.
- During peak periods (summer and Christmas), delivery may be limited to CFR (nearest port) service, with final delivery arranged locally by our team.
To simplify pricing, customers may consider an estimated delivery cost of $2,000, which covers most standard deliveries.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
For U.S. customers, import duties, customs clearance fees, or taxes may apply depending on the delivery location. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping estimate.
9. Vision Billiards Shipping Policy
Freight Shipping & Delivery Policy
Due to the size and weight of the premium game tables, all shipments are handled via LTL (Less Than Truckload) freight carriers. Please review the shipping options and delivery requirements below before placing your order.
Shipping Process
Shipping costs are calculated based on your zip code and the size and weight of the shipment. All orders ship from Chicago via freight carrier. Due to the size of the crate, residential delivery is typically not available. Shipments are delivered to a local freight terminal for pickup by the installation company or the customer, who may arrange pickup using a suitable vehicle for final delivery and installation.
Shipping Costs
Shipping, freight, and professional installation typically total approximately $2,000. Costs may be reduced if the customer is able to pick up the table directly from the local freight terminal and install it with no help, eliminating the need for residential delivery and installation.
Residential / Home Freight Delivery
- Tailgate Delivery Only: Freight deliveries to residential addresses are made via tailgate service. This means the driver will bring the item to the end of the truck only.
- No Inside Delivery: Drivers do not assist with carrying items indoors, unpacking, installation, or debris removal.
- Liftgate Not Included: A liftgate is not included unless specified at checkout or arranged in advance.
- Truck Accessibility: The delivery address must be accessible by a freight truck.
- Two-Person Unloading Recommended: Please have at least two capable individuals available to accept and unload the shipment.
- Pre-Approval Required: Residential delivery will not be arranged until all details have been confirmed with the customer and validated with the freight carrier.
Freight Terminal or Commercial Warehouse Delivery
For faster and more convenient service, we strongly recommend shipping to:
- Your nearest freight terminal, or
- A commercial warehouse or business location with loading dock access.
This option allows you or your authorized installer to pick up the item at your convenience and often helps avoid residential delivery surcharges and delays.
Delivery Inspection & Acceptance Policy
To ensure your order is protected, all shipments are insured against loss or damage during transit. Upon delivery, it is essential to:
1. Inspect Your Shipment Immediately
- Carefully examine the packaging and product for any visible damage or shortage before signing.
- Do not allow the driver to leave before inspection is complete.
2. Document Any Issues in Detail
- If damage or missing items are observed, note the specific issue(s) on all copies of the delivery receipt.
- Take clear, time-stamped photographs of any damage or irregularities.
3. Refuse Delivery If Damage Is Severe
- If the goods are visibly damaged and beyond repair, refuse the delivery and note the reason in writing on the delivery bill. Include photos for claim support.
4. Hidden Damage Protocol
- If you suspect damage but cannot fully inspect at the time of delivery, sign the receipt as: "Subject to further inspection for hidden damage."
- Take photos before unpacking and contact us immediately with your findings.
Failure to Report Damage
- If no damage is documented at delivery and issues are reported later without the required proof, the shipment will be considered irrevocably accepted.

In-Stock Tables: If your chosen model is currently in stock, it will be released for shipment within 1–2 business days. Standard ground shipping within the continental United States typically takes 5–7 business days.
Custom or Made-to-Order Tables: If you order a customized table that must be built from the ground up at our factory in Lithuania, the production and delivery timeline extends to approximately 3–6 months. This includes manufacturing, quality testing, overseas freight transport, and customs clearance.
Ocean Freight Shipping: Once your custom table is completed, it will be shipped via ocean container to our U.S. distribution center in Chicago. After it arrives and clears customs, your table will be prepared for final delivery within 2–3 business days.
Expedited Delivery (Air Freight): Need your custom or bespoke table sooner? We offer rush delivery via air freight, which reduces the total delivery time to approximately 4 weeks from order placement to arrival in Chicago.
