Shipping Guidelines for BBO Poker Tables
All orders from BBO Poker Tables that require shipping are subject to the following important shipping guidelines. Please read carefully, as failure to report damage according to the proper protocol will waive your eligibility to file a shipping insurance claim. BBO Poker Tables will not be responsible for damages or filing concealed damage claims if these guidelines are not followed.
All poker and gaming tables from BBO Poker Tables are shipped on pallets via ground freight and are fully insured for your protection. Our freight carrier will contact you prior to delivery to schedule a convenient day and time. Please note that most freight carriers require a four-hour delivery window. All deliveries are curbside only unless you arrange white glove or inside delivery with us before your table ships.
If your table arrives damaged during transit, we will promptly send out a replacement as long as you follow our receiving instructions in full.
For optimal handling and safe assembly, we strongly recommend having two people carry and assemble the table. To prevent damage to the armrest, avoid dragging any part of the table on the floor during assembly. Proper care during setup ensures the longevity, quality, and performance of your poker table.
Return Policy
BBO Poker Tables Return Policy
All products are eligible for return within 30 days from the date of delivery. Please note that all shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer. Custom orders, including poker and game tables with custom armrest materials or personalized playing surface layouts, are non-refundable.
Refunds will be issued after the returned item has been thoroughly inspected and confirmed to be in original, undamaged condition. A 15% restocking fee applies to all returned products.
Warranty

Please measure your space carefully before placing an order to ensure your new poker table fits perfectly in your home or game room. Table dimensions are listed on our website to help you make an informed purchasing decision. Shipments that are refused due to sizing issues will be considered a change of mind and processed as a return.
We proudly back our products with a limited lifetime structural warranty, giving you confidence that your BBO Poker Table will remain the centerpiece of your game nights for years to come. Structural coverage refers to the table’s ability to withstand its intended load without failure or excessive deformation, including the materials, fasteners, pedestals, and feet.
Please note that consumable components, which naturally wear with normal use, are not covered under the lifetime warranty. These include the table finish, playing surface layouts, armrest material, and foam padding. However, replacement consumable components are available for purchase directly on our website to keep your table looking and performing like new.
The lifetime warranty is non-transferable and only applies to the original purchaser.
Specific Warranty Terms and Conditions
Electronic components are covered under warranty for two years from the date of delivery. Any customization or modification to the LED components will void the warranty coverage. Similarly, refinishing or modifying the table in any way will void the warranty. Assembly adjustments that are not performed in accordance with our provided instructions may also void warranty coverage, so please follow all assembly guidelines carefully to maintain your warranty eligibility.
BBO Poker Tables and Game Theory Tables will provide replacement components and warranty resolutions for customers to install at their location. Please note that we do not provide in-house technicians for installation or repairs.
