BBO Poker Tables Shipping Policy
All BBO Poker Tables orders requiring shipping are subject to the following guidelines. Please read carefully, as failure to follow these instructions will waive your right to file a shipping insurance claim. BBO Poker Tables is not responsible for damages or concealed damage claims if proper protocol is not followed.
Delivery Details
All poker and gaming tables are shipped fully insured via ground freight on pallets. Our freight carrier will contact you prior to delivery to arrange a specific day and time. Please note that most carriers require a four-hour delivery window. All deliveries are curbside only, unless white glove or inside delivery service has been arranged with us before your table ships.
Damage Reporting
In the event your table is damaged during transit, we will promptly ship a replacement as long as you have followed our receiving and damage reporting instructions.
Assembly Recommendations
For safe handling and assembly, we highly recommend having two people carry and set up the table. To protect your investment, do not drag the table or armrest on the floor during assembly, as this can cause damage. Proper handling ensures your table remains in pristine condition for years to come.
Return Policy
BBO Poker Tables Returns Policy
All BBO Poker Tables products are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Please note that custom orders, including poker and game tables with custom armrest materials or personalized playing surface layouts, are non-refundable.
Refunds will be issued after the returned item has been inspected and confirmed to be in its original, undamaged condition. A 15% restocking fee applies to all returned products.
Warranty

Please ensure you measure your space accurately before placing an order. All table dimensions are listed on our website to help you make an informed decision and avoid sizing issues. Shipments refused due to sizing conflicts will be treated as a change of mind and processed as a return.
Limited Lifetime Structural Warranty
At BBO Poker Tables, we stand behind the quality and durability of our products with a limited lifetime structural warranty. This warranty covers the table’s structural components, including materials, fasteners, pedestals, and feet, ensuring your table can handle its intended load without failure or excessive deformation.
Warranty Exclusions
Consumable components that naturally wear from normal use are not covered under the lifetime warranty. This includes the table finish, playing surface layouts, armrest materials, and foam components. Replacement consumables are available for purchase on our website.
Warranty Transfer Policy
Please note that the limited lifetime structural warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
Specific Warranty Terms and Conditions
Electronic Components: Covered for two years from the date of delivery.
LED Customizations: Any modification or customization to LED components will void the warranty.
Refinishing or Modifications: Altering or refinishing the table will void the warranty.
Assembly Adjustments: Adjustments not performed according to the provided assembly instructions may void the warranty. Always follow the guidelines carefully for safe assembly.
BBO Poker Tables and Game Theory Tables provide replacement components and warranty resolutions for customers to install themselves. We do not provide in-house technician services for repairs or component installation.
