All orders from BBO Poker Tables requiring shipping are subject to the following shipping guidelines. Please read these instructions carefully. Failure to report any damage according to the correct protocol will waive your right to file a shipping insurance claim, and BBO Poker Tables will not be responsible for damages or concealed damage claims.
Delivery Process
All poker and gaming tables ship fully insured on pallets via ground freight. Before delivery, our carrier will contact you to schedule a specific day and time. Please note that most freight carriers require a four-hour delivery window. All deliveries are curbside only unless you arrange white glove or inside delivery with us before your table ships.
Damage Reporting
If your table is damaged in transit, we will promptly send a replacement as long as our receiving and damage reporting instructions are followed correctly.
Assembly Recommendations
For safe handling and assembly, we strongly recommend having two people carry and set up your table. To protect the armrest and playing surface, do not drag the table on the floor during assembly. Proper care during setup ensures the longevity, quality, and performance of your BBO Poker Table.
Return Policy
BBO Poker Tables Return Policy
All BBO Poker Tables products are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Custom orders, including poker and game tables with personalized armrest materials or custom playing surface layouts, are non-refundable.
Refunds will be issued after the returned product has been inspected and confirmed to be in its original, undamaged condition. A 15% restocking fee applies to all returned items.

BBO Poker Tables are backed by a limited lifetime structural warranty, giving you peace of mind that your table will remain the centerpiece of your game room for years to come. This warranty covers the structural integrity of your table, including materials, fasteners, pedestals, and feet, ensuring it can handle its intended load without failure or excessive deformation.
Please note that consumable components subject to normal wear and tear—such as table finishes, playing surface layouts, armrest materials, and foam padding—are not covered under the lifetime structural warranty. These parts are available for purchase and replacement on our website.
The lifetime warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
