BBO Poker Tables Shipping Policy
All orders from BBO Poker Tables that require shipping are subject to the following shipping guidelines. Please read these instructions carefully, as failure to report any damage according to the proper protocol will void your eligibility to file a shipping insurance claim. BBO Poker Tables will not be responsible for damages or filing concealed damage claims if these guidelines are not followed.
All poker and gaming tables are shipped on pallets via ground freight and are fully insured to protect your purchase. Prior to delivery, our freight carrier will contact you to schedule a specific day and time for delivery. Please note that most freight carriers require a four-hour delivery window. All deliveries are curbside only unless you arrange white glove or inside delivery with us before your table is shipped.
In the event your table is damaged during transit, we will promptly send out a replacement as long as our receiving instructions are followed in full.
For optimal handling and safe assembly, we strongly recommend having two people carry and assemble your poker table. To prevent any damage to the armrest or playing surface, please avoid dragging the table on the floor during setup. Proper care during assembly ensures the longevity, durability, and performance of your BBO Poker Table for years to come.
Return Policy
BBO Poker Tables Return Policy
All products purchased from BBO Poker Tables are eligible for return within 30 days from the delivery date. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Custom orders, including poker and game tables with personalized armrest materials or custom layouts, are non-refundable.
Refunds will be processed only after the returned items have been inspected and confirmed to be in original, undamaged condition. A 15% restocking fee applies to all returned products.

Shipments refused due to insufficient space will be treated as a change of mind and processed as a return.
Limited Lifetime Structural Warranty
BBO Poker Tables are backed by a limited lifetime structural warranty, giving you peace of mind that your table will remain the centerpiece of your game room for years to come. This warranty covers the table’s structural integrity, including materials, fasteners, pedestals, and feet, ensuring your table withstands its intended load without failure or excessive deformation.
Please note, consumable components subject to normal wear and tear—such as table finishes, playing surface layouts, armrest materials, and foam padding—are not covered under the lifetime warranty. Replacement consumable parts are available for purchase on our website.
The lifetime warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
Specific Warranty Terms and Conditions
Electronic components are covered by a two-year warranty from the date of delivery. Any customization or modification to LED components will void the warranty. Refinishing or modifying the table in any way also voids warranty coverage. Assembly adjustments not following our instructions may void your warranty, so please adhere carefully to the provided assembly guidelines.
BBO Poker Tables and Game Theory Tables supply replacement parts and valid warranty solutions for customers to install at their location. Please note that we do not provide in-house technicians for component installation or repairs.
