All orders from BBO Poker Tables requiring shipping are subject to the following shipping guidelines. Please read carefully, as failure to report any damage following the proper protocol will waive your right to file a shipping insurance claim. BBO Poker Tables is not responsible for damages or concealed damage claims if guidelines are not adhered to.
All poker and gaming tables ship fully insured on pallets via ground freight. Our carrier will contact you before delivery to schedule a convenient day and a four-hour delivery window. Please note that all deliveries are curbside only unless white glove or inside delivery has been arranged with us prior to shipping.
If your table arrives damaged in transit, we will promptly send a replacement, provided you follow our receiving and damage reporting instructions carefully.
For safe handling and assembly, we strongly recommend having two people carry and assemble the table. To avoid damage to the armrest or playing surface, please do not drag the table on the floor during assembly. Proper care will help maintain the quality and longevity of your BBO Poker Table.
Return Policy
BBO Poker Tables Return Policy
All products from BBO Poker Tables are eligible for return within 30 days of the delivery date. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Custom orders—including poker and game tables with personalized armrest materials or custom playing surface layouts—are non-refundable.
Refunds will be processed once the returned item has been inspected and confirmed to be free of damage. A 15% restocking fee applies to all returns.

Before placing your order, please measure your space to ensure your new poker table fits perfectly. We provide detailed table dimensions on our website so you can make an informed purchase decision. Shipments refused due to size issues will be treated as a change of mind and processed as a return.
Limited Lifetime Structural Warranty
BBO Poker Tables come with a limited lifetime structural warranty, giving you confidence that your table will be the centerpiece of your game room for years. This warranty covers the table’s structural integrity, including materials, fasteners, pedestals, and feet, ensuring it can withstand its intended load without failure or excessive deformation.
Consumable parts that naturally wear with use—such as table finish, playing surface layouts, armrest materials, and foam padding—are not covered by the lifetime warranty. These replacement components are available for purchase on our website.
The lifetime warranty is non-transferable and valid only for the original purchaser.
Warranty Terms and Conditions
Electronic components are covered by a 2-year warranty from the delivery date. Any modifications or customizations to LED components will void the warranty. Refinishing or altering the table in any way will also void warranty coverage. Assembly adjustments that do not follow our instructions may void the warranty, so please adhere strictly to the provided guidelines.
BBO Poker Tables and Game Theory Tables supply replacement parts and warranty solutions for customers to install at their location. Please note, we do not provide in-house technician services for installation or repairs.
