All orders from BBO Poker Tables are subject to the following shipping guidelines. Please read these instructions carefully. Failure to report any damage according to the correct protocol will waive your right to file a shipping insurance claim, and BBO Poker Tables will not be responsible for any damages or concealed damage claims.
Delivery Process
All poker and gaming tables ship fully insured on pallets via ground freight. Our carrier will contact you before delivery to schedule a specific day and time. Please note that most freight carriers require a four-hour delivery window. All deliveries are curbside only unless white glove or inside delivery has been arranged with us prior to shipping.
Damage Reporting
If your table arrives damaged in transit, we will promptly send a replacement as long as you follow our receiving and damage reporting instructions carefully.
Assembly Recommendations
For safe handling and assembly, we strongly recommend that two people carry and set up the table. To protect the armrest and playing surface, please avoid dragging the table on the floor during assembly. Proper handling and care will ensure the longevity, performance, and quality of your BBO Poker Table.
Return Policy
BBO Poker Tables Return Policy
All BBO Poker Tables products are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Custom orders, including poker and game tables with personalized armrest materials or custom playing surface layouts, are non-refundable.
Refunds are issued after the returned item has been inspected and confirmed to be in its original, undamaged condition. A 15% restocking fee applies to all returns.

This warranty covers the table’s ability to withstand its intended load without failure or excessive deformation, including the structural components such as materials, fasteners, pedestals, and feet.
Warranty Coverage Exclusions
Please note that consumable components that experience normal wear and tear are not covered under the lifetime structural warranty. These include the table finish, playing surface layouts, armrest materials, and foam components. Consumable replacement parts are available for purchase directly on our website.
Warranty Transferability
The limited lifetime structural warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
